Thank you Steve. Yes while the contest was great and the perks were great the monthly online contest was brutal and manipulated with contestants gaining 100s of votes a second some months. We saw first hand how brutal it was lol.
I see from the TTR website that the prize package for the weekly winner isn't anywhere near as rich as it used to be. A 1-person massage and a bottle of champagne on one of the "champagne beds" around the pool. Yawn. You would think that the resort could offer a better package of incentives, given the massive amount of free advertising the monthly winners will end up doing for the resort. They are resuming the January competition at the resort to crown the winner. Trying to boost January crowds, I assume. People used to complain here about that contest being fixed, too.
