Hi all- Last night Geraldo was on Fox News- and there is apparently an engineering report from a few years ago, complete with photos of sections of the bridge that collapsed- the photos are disturbing, to say the least. Sorry I don't have the link to the story; in a nutshell though, the recommendations were to fix the problems immediately.
