I am not sure Dubai is actually considered a coutry. It's an emirate and this site says it's a city http://www.dubaicity.com/About_dubai/About_dubai.htm

Will always come with the 4th letter of alphabet, regardless of number chosen. The majority of people will only come up with Denmark as a country that starts with "D" -- except for those of use savy about the Caribbean! Saw a video of a reporter asking USA citizens to name a country that starts with the letter "U". Only one of the dozen or so he asked said "United States of America"! Was reporting how they often say they are from "America" or are "American", so they don't immediately think of USA. One guy said Yugoslavia! :roll:
