I just watched tv this morning and they were talking about this. On the tv this dress looked clearly blue and black. My wife and I clearly said white and gold to this thread. Showed it to my 14 up year old and he said blue and black. This is weird.
Blue and Black. There is an explanation out there why people see it different. I'm not an eye specialist so I'm not sure if it's bullshit or not. Basically the explanation is that people's retinas work differently. Those who's work better in dimmer light will see it as blue and black.
Here's something we can all agree on...it's way too conservative a dress to wear to Paty'Os. It's not short enough, it covers way too much skin, and it's not even see through fabric. The dress sucks! Who cares what color it is?
went to a site that explains the science behind this and fell asleep while reading the explanation. I can vary the effect with photo shop just as easily but is is intersting that some do it in there brain
A dress only becomes important in the manner in which it accentuates the flesh and therefore the key thing that brings beauty to any dress and would make the color relevant is missing in this picture.
