I don't know why they don't do somthing with the cigar lounge, if you haven't checked it out its really nice in there, from what I understand its never used. Great Trip Report guys.
great report!! hope to see you guys again next year!! and +1,000 on the so called "Nice Shoes." no ambiance, no air movement, no atmosphere. at least do a row or 2 of lower tables in front of the tall ones. :deadhorse:
Mike I'm sure Deb (who has rushed back from TTR and set up her own Handle MMB Trychaser!!) will thank you too but I really appreciated you bombing back to your room to don the Superman costume when Deb was the only one in PatyOs wearing fancy dress!! I think she held her own as a sexy cop but you really did calm her nerves and make us laugh when you came down.... thanks a mil - and Julie made a lovely Lois Lane! Yep, I'll second everything my hubby has said. Had a great time, and we were very impressed with all the food, the restaurants, the staff etc. Agree about Nice Shoes though. We went in there once, but didn't really like it. Spent every other evening in Paty O's - which we loved. Good to meet you both too. Loved the Hermione!!
It was my pleasure. I was bummed that more people hadn't dressed up. We love any excuse to play dress up and had really lobbied for costume night. Julie would have done her Supergirl costume too, but she already wasn't feeling great that night and those polyester costumes can get really hot when it's muggy out. Deb looked amazing in her policewoman outfit though. Of course, she always looked amazing!
