Our flight is delayed 2 hours. How does a flight first thing in the AM get delayed the night before? It’s the first damn flight of the day.
This evening we will be doing the 2nd of 2 Room Crawls. A lot of people cringe thinking that this is something sexual. This particular one absolutely is not. On this event we will all be dressed in theme attire and on this night that happens to be Schoolgirl and Nerd. You will also see some dressed as admins, cheerleaders, PE coaches, etc. It's all about making new friends and it works as an ice breaker for the newbies! It's also a lot of fun just parading around and acting the fool! In a nutshell, we will muster in the Lobby Bar for long enough to enjoy a drink and get organized. From there we will head to a Bash Tower Room to enjoy shots provided by the room host. It's a lot of fun to see the various room offerings the resort has. From there we will go to the Sports Bar. The Broncos and Cardinals game will be airing! Again, we will have the option of enjoying a drink while we watch a bit of the game. After that we will parade the 'mob' through part of the darkened resort (if the rain has stopped) to visit another room. This one will be an Ocean View/Sexy Pool Room. I happen to know for a fact that there we will enjoy some delicious Kentucky Bourbon in a room decorated for the Kentucky Derby! Last, but not least we will then head to a Penthouse Suite to enjoy our final drinks! These rooms approach $2000 per night and this is the only way that some of us will ever get to enjoy one! LOL
