    Would like to try Grand last week of Nov. I'm assuming the the Temptation Miches and Grand are both close together in Miches?

    I agree. Need a lot more info.

    Right now, airfare is ridiculous to Punta Cana.

    We’re booked for the first week of November. First time at this type resort. Totally vanilla couple with no idea what to expect.

    We were told…
    If you are at grand miches you can visit miches
    It is over a bridge with a river dividing the two. Assuming there will be some security on the bridge.
    Very close to each other.
    Having the best of both worlds is the main appeal to us. And the price :) but sure the price will change with time.
    For those having issues with airfare try the package offers they have on the original website. Never thought that would save us money but has significantly for Nov 18-23

    For those of you who have booked at Miches, a few questions:

    What company are you using for airport to resort transportation? How much did it cost? Were you able to book online?

    Will your cell phone service work in DR or will you have to sign up for a roaming plan?

    What currency do you plan to bring for tips?

    Are you booking any excursions?

    Transfer, mytransfers.com $142 rt private car 2 people.
    T-Mobile is free text and internet. .20 a minute calling. When you get to the resort use Wi-Fi calling.
    US dollars.
    Will wait until we get there to book excursions.

    For those of you who have booked at Miches, a few questions:

    Just checked: the rates are decent with flight, but the return options for us are not good: either a 20hr flight (with layovers of course) or add $300 per person for more decent flight durations.
