Here is a site that shows you allw hat the Mexican money is like.. Also... Do not accept torn or damaged pesos bills. Mexican currency, damaged in any way will not be accepted by any merchants, money exchanges or banks. If somebody offers you a damaged bill, refuse to accept it. ATM machines are all over Cancun hotel zone and there are a few in downtown Cancun City. ATM receipts are in pesos. It is advisable to carry lots of small bills and change because merchants never have change. http://www.cancuntips.com.mx/mexicanpesos/
Exchange Rate: 1 american dollar is equal to 10.94 mexican pesos 1 Euro is equal to 14.22 pesos 1 australian dollar is equal to 8.56 pesos 1 british pound is equal to 21.57 pesos 1 canadian dollar is equal to 9.26 pesos 1 Swiss Franc is equal to 8.78 pesos Those are the exchange rates for several countries dollars to pesos!
i would hate to travel this way but when i earn the british pound everywhere else... if i exchange only £700 i get just under $1400....for two weeks... that should be enough! probably take more tho...
also another tip, dont exchange all at once, only exchange for amounts in which you need at that time!
we'll one activity that I wanna do is considered free! lol the rest are the jungle tour, swim with dolphins, maybe visit ruins, deffo fishing... visit other beaches during the day, there will be a few day party to attend (all costs) but most of the days i will be on the beach sucking in sun rays! out EVERY night tho...
Well I would budget for around 50-60 USD for the clubs...You will need around 40 bucks depending on the club, and then money for the bus, and money for tipping each night
yep, depending on the night, if there is a HUGE live act there, cover can get as high as 55-60, which happend a few years back for 50 cent.
