Mexican domestic airline options?

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with some info.

Myself the wife and daughter will be in Cancun Feb 7th -14th. My Mother lives in La Paz Mexico and I want to fly her to Cancun for a couple days to visit. My questions are –

1. Will the resort allow her to stay with us for a night? We are staying at the Crown Paradise and obviously we would pay a fee.
2. Is there a website in English for a Mexican domestic airline that I could navigate to check out some flight option and prices?
