ya, it wasnt much! 166.00 total for both of us, which I paid, so....... Im paying nothing for a crazy ass, once in a lifetime trip, I have no problem with that!! But ya, would have been nice to not pay the taxes, haha
We had to pay when we left. Can't remember how much, but your rep at the hotel will keep you right. Has to be cash too.
Hey Jason, Reading this thread about your having to pay the taxes made me think to mention (in case you didn't already know it) that you should make sure you get some documentation a to the total value of your prize. Unfortunately, you will be required to pay income tax on that amount. So make sur you have somne documention line up for next years taxes.
When I went to Cancun in June 2005 we had to pay $40 when we left. That was back to the UK using Thomson. March 11th 2007 - March 25th 2007 (4 weeks Sunday!!!)
