Lime Jello's last post spoke of her intention to settle in Cancun, after all, after a brief stent in the State of Yucatan. She wrote a number of interesting posts as she was trying to size up where to locate her family with a permanent move to the Yucatan Peninsula. Are you there? Lime Jello? Does anybody know what happened to her, after she got to Quintana Roo?
Does no reader have information about what happened to her here? I seem to recall she said she'd be getting in touch with some of the posters to this forum when she arrived in Cancun. Her situation was a little complicated to be sure, with at least two small kids and a husband in tow, and the usual challenges of finding work here. I was hoping she might have something positive to report, or at least a cautionary tale for those thinking of making the move.... I'll do that Steve. It's easy to imagine any number of scenarios in which this turned out badly for her, but I'm hoping she just got busy.... V.

I'm ok! I'm alive! I'm back in the USA. Things got really crazy in Cancun. I ended up under a horrendous supervisor that made me hate my life, we ran out of money, and we came back to the US (to make a long story short). Cancun is beautiful and an amazing place to visit. That said, I'm much happier here in the States, and so are my kids. Thank you all for your concern! P.S. The Telmex comment totally cracked me up.
