Men's Dinner Dress

I had heard that men are now required to wear long pants to dinner i.e. no shorts allowed. Is this true? Are jeans acceptable?

 

Jeans work fine, but not khaki shorts. Go figure!!

Shorts are OK at Margaritas, just not OK at the Italian or Asian. Not sure about the Seafood.

 

Thanks for letting me know. How about flip flops? Are they allowed?

But to be clear, long pants are required for the specialty restaurants. You may be able to slide past but don't expect to or pack like you will. Cause sure enough when you count on it you won't be able too.

My boyfriend forgot long pants and then forgot that he forgot them... so ten minutes before we were to go to the Italian rest. we bolted to the gift shop there at Temptation and he bought a pair of yellow, pajama type pants for $30. They were a cross between scrubs and jammies... freaking hilarious!! They never even looked twice at him when we walked in , but everyone else did. :lol:

Absolutely required. Just got back last night, i was told to change pants.

 

What do you mean they told you to change pants? Did you have on long pants and they told you to change them ? Terry
