In reviews, it does seem that this resort is "stuck" in the same spot as it has been over the past three months. Has there been any word from management on any changes taking place? We are headed there soon (first time at this resort) and we're a little apprehensive going in... Would love for them to end the "VIP" game and fully embrace the adult idea. Not necessarily a swinger's resort, but just accepting of everyone and to encourage all to have a great time. I will say, all of the reviews about the amount of stairs make me roll my eyes... If that's all we have to worry about, I'm good.
Vip Does anyone know how much they charge for the VIP band and can you purchase it for part of your stay? We will be there the 19th -25th and are really looking forward to fun in the sun.
Heard exactly the same thing about GOV. conclusion Unfortunately, without direct control of the resort at resort level, the hotel will not be able to pull off the "sexy" concept and any attempt will just be a watered down version of TTR We have been left with a bitter taste in out mouth aftwr a stay at Gov last year and STILL no proper reply. Avoid like the plauge guys and long live TTR xx
Completely agree with you here. Weve echoed the message in our post above. Appreciate it takes time to create the right atmosohere and get the right people there but GOV MASSIVELY underdelivered and the concept was cloudy at best. Great ideas with the red/orange/green bands for example however execution was lousy (lady working there "you have a wife so why would you want to be naughty") ermmmm #FAIL!!
Not really, harsh. He trolls the GP thread and he has never gone, nor will he go. Probably, sending people to some lame kids resort. But he puts in his negative comments. That is the issue. If I could figure how to not see his comments, I would. TTR, is his Mecca, as it is for many of us. All else sucks to him. I have fun reading many threads but if I do not have a clue, I leave it at that.:bj:
