    I agree with you about La Taberna, not my kind of hangout either.
    Plaza Nayan Dei has some nice Bars/Restaurants.

    Hey what´s wrong with Texans????? I also have been here about a month and live close to la Taberna.... Anytime you want to meet let me know.... Hey No comments TJ cut me some slack it was my first 2 weeks here... Now it´s a different story.. Thanks

    I have been living here now for 3 months. Like you, Dark Pearl, I have been mainly working and need to meet some people! I am happy to meet up with you folks. Someone please suggests a time and place!

    What is El Pabilo? I may head to Los Arcos after work with my boat captains for a drink...about 6pm.

    El Pabilo is a bar/cafeteria located at the "glorieta" of Sunyachen and Yachilan, at the hotel Xbalanque. It is usually nice, there are some musicians.
