I would say that the turn out on theme nights is more CCC people than non CCC. In other words stick with BostonMel's theme list and you'll fit right in with this group. Just my two cents. YMMV
It doesn't really matter. Although the CCC themes tend to be more varied and fun. Do what you feel comfortable with. There is usually a good turnout for the CCC themes and they are a great way to get to know people. It's great to see the faces of the non-CCC people wondering why so many people are wearing the same sorts of outfits. On several occasions we have been asked how we knew what to bring and recommend them to this forum (referral commission Steve??. More fun to dress up in some way than to watch others doing it and thinking "I wish I was doing that....."

I am not asking for anything to be changed Now that I have all of that out of the way. I do not recall anyone ever discussing or putting up a '70's, flower child, hippie, free love theme as a possibility before? It could tie into a neon night as well (psychedelic). Has anyone suggested this before or have any interest?

I saw an update on the facebook page and it looks like the events changed from what they were last year. There looks to be a 70s and 80s nights now.
ummm sexy twister and body shot contest is new, but no more naked tequila volleyball WTH!!!. I loved that as the staff had to get naked as well.
That is odd, they have lingerie and "retro party" on Thursday? And 70's fashion show? Anyone experienced this change who has gone in last week?
