So for those of you who I met at TTR this weekend, you heard this story already, but I have a follow up. To those I didn’t get a chance to talk to I’ll recap. — This trip was our first time to TTR. We were asked how we discovered TTR or why we decided to book TTR. Our answer was, my parents have been to TTR many times and kept telling us it was a fun place to be with the theme nights and daily activities. We didn’t tell them we book the trip for fear that they would decide to book at the same time, so they thought we were taking an early anniversary trip to a different resort in cancun. Really, who would want to spend time at TTR with their parents?? — Anyway, we met my parents for dinner yesterday and came clean on the trip. Now tell me if this is weird??? They start asking about the bartenders and waiters by name, asking us if they were still there. They said these staff members always remembered them by name and will bring them their drinks/etc without asking…… Maybe more than I already wanted to know.... haha
Sounds like a fun couple! One of our favorite things about TTR is you can awesome people with good positive energy of every shape, color and age! Love it!
Finally back and the adult errands are ran. Sucks coming back from vacation and having to do grocery shopping!! Hopefully we'll write a more in depth trip report down the road, but this can do for now. We had a FANTASTIC time! Thanks especially to Chris and Kevin for taking us under their wings on the first day. We had the first day of school look on our faces but they welcomed us in with open arms. We'll be forever thankful for the guidance! Everyone we met was awesome! The phrase that the people make the place is 100% true here. The below is an example of truly how awesome all of you are! We were booked for the Boobs Cruise on the 9th. Unfortunately, Amanda became extremely dizzy the night before. She tried to change her patch and see if that would help. Woke up on the 9th and it was a no go. Luckily for us, Steve was super awesome about letting us give our trip up and pass it on to Hailey and Rusty! Thank you so much to Kisha and Kevin, Jane and Brad, Jen and Steve, Chris and Kevin, Hayley and Curtis, Hailey and Rusty, and everyone else (sorry if I missed you by name) who tried to offer advice about how to have her get through it. Unfortunately nothing worked and we couldn't go. Thank you to those who took the time to stop and ask how she was feeling when you got back from the cruise. It really meant a lot to us to have people we'd just met a few days prior have that much genuine concern for her well being! We had a fantastic time our entire trip and I'm sure we'll be repeaters! Hopefully with the May group again!
Ok so now being only 9 days away we can look at 10 day out weather....Warm and Sunny will make it very Hot i'm sure
