First timers... boy here. Hey there May crew! This is our first trip, but we are braving this flu thing and coming down anyway (they say 1/3 of the planet is going to get this thing anyway so, what the hell, might as well build up our immune systems early...)... Maybe the alcohol will help kill it off. That was always our theory in college. Anyhow, May 23rd - 30th is when we will be there! We are hoping to meet a lot of people (if we have to keep to ourselves we will probably kill each other within a week so hopefully for our sake we DO meet everyone). We will probably arrive Saturday evening. As this is our first trip we don't know what the week has in store for us but we are looking forward to it. Is there anything specifically we should look forward to for that week?
Welcome to the addiction we will be there the 24th - 31st for our fourth trip in 2 years. You should look forward to a week of fun, there will be less of us than normal this year but we will make the best of the situation :beergone:
Re: First timers... boy here. Welcome to the board and welcome to the May crew!! No need to worry about the flu!!! As far as I know there have been no confirmed cases of swine flu in Cancun! You probably would have a greater chance of catching it if you stayed in New York!! We'll be there the 20th to the 27th, C- Ya there!! George (and Debbie)
we are here HI May repeaters, We are in Jamaica and having a blast. We miss all of our May/Cancun friends but making the best of it here!!! Lynn and Ruth, and Scott and Janice say HI too!!! Bill and Chris, can't wait to see you two on Tuesday
