Looks like we're not going to make Cancun also. We will be looking at Jamaica instead , hope to see everyone next time around , have fun everyone.
No worries everybody Hedo 3 is an awesome resort. It is a non-stop party. We just came back from Hedo 3 at the end of March. The GM of the resort (Lance Parish) is all over everything every day making sure everybody is having a great time. He even tends bar for 1 hour a day at the nude pool. Looks like we might be having to rebook/cancel as well. I got a message from our travel agent that we needed to get in touch with her today. Ugh....this just sucks. But I guess better safe than sorry in the long run. We'll keep you posted. :-| :cry:
We hate that all of you guys have to rebook or change plans. We're still going to Cabo The only way we'll cancel is if AA cancels flights or if the US closes the Border. There are no confirmed cases in Cabo but that could change. Have fun were ever you all end up.
Another one bites the dust...make that two. As most of you may know I am in the Canadian military...well the military issued an indefinite travel ban to Mexico this morning, therefore Janice and I won't be able to make our scheduled rendezvous at TTR on 14 May. I can't even reshedule for a later date at this point. Trying desperately to get reimbursed or at least find out if they will so we can rebook to another destination. WE ARE TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY PISSED!!! Especially about having to jump through hoops to get our money back...the cash/points for airfare is going to be a b*tch. Credit to RCI though, they will be sending me an e-mail with the actual cost of the cash/points option. Hope everyone has an awesome time. We will be thinking of you...
Sorry to say we have to bail out. Work would want me to take 2 weeks of vacation when I get back everyone is scared of the swine flu. Heading to Jamaica.Hopefully we'll see everyone next year. To everyone going have a great time
I am just so totally bummed right now! Scott and I are both on the computer (the his & hers variety) trying to find a place to go...I refuse to go to a place with kiddies...raised 4 kids who are now all adults. Don't get me wrong! I love kids and can't wait for grandkids, but dammit, this is our well-earned and much needed vacation. That's my rant for the day! Janice
We are so sorry you guys! THis sucks bad. I find myself glued to the Frontier site, just waiting.... waiting for them to tell us they are canceling flights. So far, they have not. What airlines are the ones that are canceling,,,,?
