I know.. it was hard for me to take it off... :cry: But I don't know... maybe they are trying to tell me something but I just won't listen... First there was the swine flu. Look it's only the flu. And there are no cases in Cancun as opposed to DFW, where my next business trip is to, and here in Denver, where the first case in Colorado is 20 miles from my house. Next came this thing with my heart. So I cancel a business trip and get the procedure scheduled. Move the departure back a couple of days and we're good to go. Then my company said that we had to go through an interview with company medical floks before we reported back to work if we went to Mexico. That's cool, I work from home now so I can work while they figure out if I'm safe to be around. Through all that i kept say if they flew we were going.... Well yesterday United amnnounced major changes in it's flights to Mexico. According to the announcement on their web page all flight to Cancun from Denver are cancelled starting May 5th. I called last night and the lady on the phone said our flight on the 10th is still flying. But when I went out on the web to try and "buy it" it didn't show up. Instead they show flights from Denver to LA to Cancun and from Cancun to Chicago to Denver coming back. :shock: What's next?????? Jamie
Have a friend that works for an airline. The reason for the flight cancelations is not fear but all the people canceling their trips.
We are going to hedo I think. We will probably re-book by the end of the weekend. Hmmmmmmmmmm don't need my bikinis. Damm.
Jamie, I know what you mean.......first conquest went under....screwed that trip, then flu.....another screwed trip.......I can't tell you how scared we are to book a third on monday. God is totally telling us something but hell we are stubborn and want to go. Looks like we will go to Hedo may 20th. Always thought I would have the perfect body before I went naked. Wanted to try it but didn't want to pay the high prices. I hope your procedure goes very well. I have taking ecg's on alot of people who have had it. They did well and so will you.Take care both of you.
