If he doesn't have a passport in hand at time of travel. He is staying... You need a passport to leave the states now. I know you can pay extra for express service but it can be expensive.... I know people who payed $125.00 to get it.... :shock:

Just to let you know Rick, one of the people going with me got his expedited passport back in 10 days,and that was just this week. Travellig within 2 weeks you can go to a regional office(w/appt.) and walk out with passport. :idea:
We met a guy in a somewhat similar situation last Feb. He was supposed to head to TTR with 3 of his cousins, they talked him into going and everything. At the last minute, the ALL ditched on him. He came out anyways and had the time of his life. EVERYONE knew this guy by the time we left, he had plenty of new friends, some of whom lived in nearby cities. With or witout a friend, come on out and have a great time anyways.
