I for one don't use the calendar because this list exists. I actually copy the list to Word just before I leave and print it out so I know who's showing up on what day and what their picture looks like. Just what I do..... Jamie
I am the same way. I paste the list into a word table and able to display 9-12 entries per page. I also use the list to help me remember folks I meet during the stay. My short-term memory has never been great and is even shorter when I add alcohol. :roll: :daveandmo: The only flaw to this plan is when people don't look like their pictures :!: :shock: :lol:
Had to postpone our March 13th-18th trip. We (azlatina and I) are now booked to come out May 1st - 6th (my B-day!!!), same time as our second trip last year.
