We are booked in a Master Suite for April 3rd -10th. I understand that butlers will help with reserving places by the pool, but can they reserve anywhere we want? We are not premier members. Secondly we are arriving a day early and only have a trendy room for the first night. I understand checkout is 11 am and check-in is 4 pm. Will they let us keep the first room until the second one is ready? If anyone has some experience with that it would be appreciated. Bryan
In regards to the room, no you bring it down when you check out of Room 1, they’ll hold it for you then when you check in at about 3 or 4p into Room 2 when they reactivate your band you can bring your luggage up. You should also be able to get chairs anywhere except in the premier reserved section.
Beds you have to pay for if you’re not premier. Chairs you can reserve for free. On the TTR website under online shop you can see the cost and what you get. Price right now shows $400
