Alcohol in the room is the same for all, unless you have a Penthouse or Master Suite in which case they'll give you several bottles of Premium alcohol in the room. Black bands get an extra selection of better quality alcohol at the bars, although the regular stuff is certainly better than it used to be years ago.
Been using my membership for under 18 months. When it's paid off (August, or next time they offer 15% discount to pay in full) it will have cost me around $15K. In that time we have accrued: 5 Penthouse nights @ $1500 per night = $7.5K Approx 30 MS nights @ $700 per night = $21K Approx $8K in credit = $8K Total = $36.5K With 23 and a half years to go, I'm not sure who has who's money.
lol Batman...but as you know they don’t have any of my money, well accept for the nights we actually use, just like everyone else. They do have the people’s money whom actually purchased the contract. Those people made a bad investment based on what I offered and paid them! But I do get your point as it has been debated much here. Last and next two trips booked third party sites due to nightly price. Premier needs to straighten this out and make it right for ALL members and contracts. Meaning not having to upgrade to receive like treatment and guaranteed price matching, etc. I also get Steve’s point and he is truly ahead of the game. Kyle...fade to black...lol!
I just got a message yesterday offering me a 15% discount if I paid my balance by March 29th. Not sure if everyone would have gotten one or not but feel free to use this info as leverage if you didn't get the offer
They have sent that payout notice out every 3 months or so from the moment I bought the contract. They have been doing the same thing for years before as well to other contracts. It isn't a sign of them wanting/needing money, I am sure it is just how their books and finance system are structured. It's also not a mass offering to everyone at once, it is probably on some cycle related to the month you bought. And if you paid for someone's contact, and they paid Temptation for their contract, then technically they do have your money, hahahaa.
On our last trip I tipped at the beginning, and in the middle. The butler and I both already knew one another though from a a previous trip (and he wasn't even my butler then). At this tipping we discussed that the most important thing to me was going to be securing dinner reservations each night for 6-8 people in the 730-9pm time window. That was really the main service I was looking for, and if he could ask us each day where we would like to go that night, that be appreciated. If I don't already know and trust the butler, I might be a little more skeptical to give them a larger tip upfront (because it's pretty known that sometimes people don't have very good luck with them). If they were being helpful, then I would then probably tip mid-week and then at the end. (that's what I did on my first trip during the soft opening, when the butler service was completely new to everyone)
No sorry, tecnically they got none of my money ! Let’s call our lawyers...lol. And even if you are correct sir, they got a hell of a lot less . I also disagree, they ALWAYS want amd need CASH hence the offer. Do not doubt for a second that their finance people or actuaries have not calculated it and the 15 % discount NOW or eatly does benefit them. It is a business and they are good at it. Timeshares and timeshare concept sales live on for a reason!
I got one today offering me 10% off, yet again. I've emailed them back asking for 15% Will see what they say.
