The answer is yes it is possible, but most members can't, including me. It depends on the member's particular contract, of which there are multiple variations and very few of which permit PH/MS referral offers.
Steve...I see now that you have answered the question for the OP. I tried to too, but was not sure of the answer as I am not. “king” and do not have those room types in my contract...nor do I know the rules about them. My question was more to do with if even mentioning the word referral. As you stated, you left it unmoderated, so the assumption is no. BnK and I are straight on our posts.
