Is there a public marina in the area to dock a small boat? I heard there was one in the lagoon somewhere but I cannot seem to find it. Does anyone know the monthly rent????
A friend of mine takes his schooner from Galveston to Isla Mujeres about 3 times a year, so I know there's got to be dockage there. Check http://www.latitudemexico.com/ If there's anything down that way, you might find it there OR simply call the local boat equipment and supply shop there 998-840-4930 and ask. (Would help to know Spanish to use that last option.)
There are several Marinas in Cancun in the Lagoon there is one at our Restaurant called Marina del Rey. I don't know what the charge is but I could get the # for you if you'd like. How big a boat?
