hahaha at those party's, they usually hand out a bunch to the guys, and you try and get girls to flash! last year there was girls flashing everywhere at the mardi gras party, was nice!

The psychology behind the beads is that many girls do want to go wild but the puritan society in this country has brainwashed them to think it's wrong to be too easy. So getting beads like a loophole...if they are getting something for it, they are not being too easy.

I agree with Karan, I use to do Mardi Gras in New Orleans every year when I was in school. It's the best damn party in the streets you ever can imagine. Non stop drunkfest......every year we always ended up with a bunch of total strangers crashin in our room cause they didn't have their own or were too drunk to find their own hotel. Oh God, those were the days. I've heard that they have changed alot of rules at the Rio Carnivale and it's not as much fun as it use to be, but I still want to make that one some day as well.
