this happens once a week during spring break, and at Pat Obriens! I generally skip it as the lines to get drinks are WAYYYYYYYY too long and its just a boring time. You really arent dancing or doing much, so, once is enough more me. I think you would be better off going to a club!

well when i went in 2004 people were flashing everyone everywhere, they had the beer promotion girls dancing on stage, ice luge shots, awesome indoor and outdoor dancing(although it was extremely crowded).... people making out, flashing, exchanging beads everywhere.. I even saw like 10 girls getting a finger job and a few guys getting some bj. lol. I was just trying to pencil in some fun for a male friend of mine. lol and honestly.... in 2004...... when i went..... pat o briens mardi gras was WAY more fun the The City

btw., they throw some beads in the croud during the party, so if you're not tooooo drunk to fast you've got a good chance of catching some. I could always grab 2 or 3 either at the hotel promotion or at pat o briens and this was usually enough too "test it". As it has been said more than a short view on some girls boobs will not be the case anyway.
