I found this too late to help you decide whether to go...but we were there for Fat Tuesday, and there was definitely flashing, although maybe not as much as past years. I didn't see the cops bother anyone about it. But you don't HAVE to flash for beads. :icon_wink: We wound up with so many our necks hurt and we were giving them away on Bourbon Street.
