That makes sense, Vince. I didn't realize Dan was part of that group. When I met him in April 2013, he was part of a group that came a bit later, perhaps around April 21st. I don't remember that group being particularly tatted up. Maybe they all got a lot more tats since 2013! In 2018, a number of the women were fully inked from their shoulders down the arms, and from their ribs down one or both legs. They are hard to miss when then make an appearance. Good looking people, especially if you appreciate ink.
Had a few experiences of being around the CTT group a few years ago. Don't know much about their recent trips but pre-renovation many of them were complete twats and full of themselves. Have to say Halifax Dan was always fine - known him maybe 12 years. A few have been on the Boobs Cruise and always been fine too, but some of their 'key players' are (to put it nicely) not my kind of people. A few experiences: Organized anti theme nights. They'd do black night on white night. One night the leader of the group (big guy who was wearing some womens mesh panties) brushed uncomfortably close to me in an uncrowded area at Paty O's. I turned round, asked him what was up and gave him a dirty look. He said, he just wanted to wipe his dick on my shirt. Same night, one of the group went into the bathroom, pulled a washbasin off the mounting and ran into the bar holding it aloft like a trophy, to many cheers. Bathroom was closed due to flooding the rest of the night. They used to hang around the old island in the pool, and defend it like territory, wouldn't allow anyone in the area if you weren't in their group They'd review their group regularly, and anyone who was no longer considered 'hot enough' was kicked out. I know there were some splits and drama, unsurprisingly. Hopefully they've changed for the better in recent years.
Thanks Steve...sound like our kind of people. At least the knuckle head didn’t rip the commode out of the floor! No wonder we never heard of them. We probably did not even meet their standard to even know about them...lol. Now that being said, as you wrote, I am sure some/many are ok and not about what you experienced...of course they were probably kicked out of the group or simply split off. Since someone on this thread posted that they are visiting at Halloween we may meet them. May already have last year but as I previously wrote we did not identify or were ignorant of the group. I don’t recall any stupidity, well except for my own, but then again it was a real busy and packed week.
Hm. Your experience with CTT sounds pretty appalling, @Steve. I hope the person who ripped the sink off the wall was escorted off property, with his luggage. If that is what the group is still like, I'm glad we will only overlap with them for 3 days. But perhaps the resort's more upscale atmosphere post-reno will encourage more upscale behavior. We didn't notice any attitude or bad behavior by the tatted group in April 2018. Maybe they are not the CTT group. Or they were being assholes when we weren't looking.
