March 26th-April 2nd "te gusta" trip report WARNING- LONG!

Yeah Karen it was a shit ton cooler the first 2 days for sure and over-all as well. But understand too though that last year we left Minnesota at 75-80deg F to end up in Cancun at temps rounding out around 85-90. So in contrast yeah it was a bit warmer last year but the swing in temps this year I will take any day!

We left this year at 25deg and landed with 65 and windy but average I would say in the day it was still 85deg but the cool breeze is what brought the feeling down.

 

I only wish you can save up sleep hours. how will I ever keep up?

 

Thanks Scott! Guess I better pack a light cardigan for the evenings just in case...skinny chicks are always cold. Hopefully things warm up a bit more over the next 2 weeks. I hate having to wear a T-shirt over my bikini grrr...

I never check the forecast...it always says rain and/or thunderstorms! Useless information. The 29 degrees I like, though!

Just checked weather.com. Says sun and clouds and mostly 28 degrees for all next week, and then...wait for it...rain on Sunday the 14th! boo hiss hiss boo! That better mean just the usual 10-minute shower! I'm not packing no damn umbrella!

Now I've checked weathernetwork.com, and that says sun/clouds 13-15, then straight sun 16-19th, temperature holding steady at 27 degrees. This is why I don't check the weather forecasts for Cancun. Exercise in frustration.
