I’m willing to organize a room crawl on the 23rd. I’m a room crawl virgin missing our last room crawl experience by about 3 hours when the first day curse hit me hard, wife wasn’t impressed. All that being said, I think I get the general idea. So from this groups, anyone want to host in the room? We will need three to five hosts to make this happen. Each host room provides a shot of their choice, some decorate their room Based on a theme/party favors, and has an icebreaker type game. I also like the idea of having a tip jar so everyone can help cover host expenses. If you are willing to host just let me know and we can go from there. Typically room crawls start around 7:00 and ends at bash in time for the nightly show. We would use the bash bar as our meeting location to get everyone organized.
Our flight gets in at 10. Figure we'll be there around noon but I doubt our room will be ready til later.
Well when we booked our flight we were getting in at 12:30 then they rescheduled our flight and we don’t get in until 2:30 in the afternoon. Not very happy about that was hoping to be at the pool by 3 so we will have some catching up that evening. Not a problem for the wife she is a professional drinker I am usually the DD. Would mind meeting up with some people that evening and get the party started.
There are 2 ways to get to the airport, if you are doing a private shuttle tell them to not to go thru the hotel zone and go the quickest way. I think it’s like a 15-20 min ride but I could be wrong usually so excited to be there not paying a lot of attention. Also if you are arriving in the morning early afternoon make sure you have your pool stuff handy so while waiting for your room you can just go to the pool.
