March 2016 Roll Call

Yep, it's annoying when people start Roll Calls for March 2016 way back in June 2015. All that happens is we end up splitting people between two different threads and have a bunch of early posts that are not accurate, and the official one ends up with people missing from it.

There are reasons we start the official one 4 months before.
