Last year we booked a jacuzzi suite thru orbitz. We got in before noon and there were no rooms ready. We saw other people get bumped, but don't know any of there details. We checked back a short time later after having something to eat and visiting the bar and told us there would be no jacuzzi suites available for a few days and put us in a top floor ocean view. No jacuzzi but ther room and view were great.
