I've had a good look at the latest March dates and although we have a lot of people listed, everyone is very spread out through the month as usual and finding a day when we have at least 20 people on the same day is not that easy. I think we might get the numbers together for a cruise on Wednesday 11th. Can some of you guys add/change the dates to your trip so we can add to the BLAST that everyone says the booze cruise is? I know that it is not possible for most but just thought we would ask. I hate that we are going to miss so many from this March forum... Oh well, there is always next time!!! Do the bars stock Patron? Shots of Patron are lots of fun...
There will be lots of fun people at the resort during March that have never heard of cancuncare. Definitely no Patron at the TTR bars. 100 Anos is not too bad, and Jose Quervo......... is Jose Quervo. They also have another tequila that is not very good. You can buy a bottle of Patron at Walmart or any other liquor store and the bartenders will hold it for you. There are also some Mexican tequilas that may be quite a bit better than Patron.
I (and Tony, my traveling bud)will be heading into town on thursday the 12th and returning with some good bottles, if anyone wants me to pick something nice up for them too I'm sure I could do that. I do quite enjoy Patron, but they are french owned and I'd rather put my money into the locally owned stuff when i'm down there. Tony is a rum guy so we'll be looking for some good rum too.
