..We have been to Cancun 9 tiimes and have stayed and been all over Cancun. We have never had a problem...They really watch out for the Tourist, because they know without them there would be no Cancun, But like anywhere else if you get to far out of line you can get in trouble..You can party your ass off just be respectful.....We are like 50/50 partying at the Resorts and downtown...we love the Nightlife...
