show them the money but not two dollar bills as they typically do not spend two dollar bills - two dollar bills are considered to be MAJOR good luck charm and they hold them or they give them family and friends as good luck charms but rarely spend them we normally take a few two dollar bills to give on top of our tips for good luck to those whom have been extra good to us and our friends the best rob
I go to the bank before leaving to stock up on 1s and 5s for tipping. I probably tip too much, but I usually get good service and I'm often surprised at how many of the staff remember me from previous trips. When I'm not switching drinks every time, they'll sometimes make my drinks when they see me walking in and they're ready when I get to the bar.
ive never ever tipped before. But after reading posts in other forums... I went to the bank a couple days ago and go a stack of 300 singles. Bring on the service and I'll bring on the tips(i just pray i dont spend the whole wad lol)
Glad to know about the 2 dollars bills didn't know that, will tip some of my favorites a 2 on top of the other tip. Think a lot of people dont know that some of the staff have to share there tips with their bosses. When Donna was the beach premier girl she had to share her tips with the bartendeer she used. Terry
OH... speaking of that.... remember your bartenders in the restaurants... their waiters are "supposed" to share their tips with them but hardly ever do. So on your way out if your drinks were done "just right" don't forget to say thanks.... Jamie
absoloutely we normally stop by the bank and get a handful to give for the best of the best did not know that about the sharing of tips with bosses :?
From what I have heard the bartendeers get hit the hardest on sharing those tips, and what Jamie said about the batrenders in the restsurants is true, one time they made us a great drink, and we went by and left them a good tip , they looked so happy that we just knew that they where there! Terry
You always see their eyes light up a bit when they get the tip. Always remember the amount may not seem like much to us, but it can be huge to them. Tip well, they treat us sooooooo well.
