Site looks great. Thanks Steve for all the valuable information. I did notice you have to scroll way down in order to see the map when you got to "Last 1000".
I havent noticed it this slow to load ever!! TAkes a good 30 seconds to even get the page to load for a post! Especially for all the icons and everything to load!
Yes, I noticed it slow earlier. I was also getting auto notifications that the site was down, it wasn't, it was just loading slow and timing out. It's the crap server we are on, I am looking to change again soon (that's my next project now the new site is live) - but again moving the forum database is the stumbling block and I'll need to hire in professional help on that. Once that is done then I'll be migrating the forum to a new software system which offers a lot more cool options..... but don't hold your breath!
