Well i returned home sunday night and have yet to hear anything about my luggage. I've been checking reguraly on united.com and it has not been traced yet. About 40 people on my flight did not recieve their luggage when we were supposed to.
we also flew united (did not like it one bit) and they lost one of ours girls bags. luckily she got it the next day. good luck!
We flew American and my buddy didn't get his luggage but he was lucky enough and they had it found and to him within 48 hours. Good luck!!!
I didn't know this but the warsaw convention limits the baggage liability to $9.07 per pound. I am gonna be real upset if it's lost and i only get 400 dollars in compensation. My three pairs of boardshorts were worth 150 bucks alone.
