Losing weight getting in shape before TTR

    You look amazing, but if you tell me that you've had babies, then I'll REALLY be impressed! (...and maybe just a little pissed. ;-))

    You'll be happy to hear, no babies yet! Im hoping i can get this after babies though. My trainer had 3 and has amazing abs! So its possible, just a lot harder im sure.

    If you can get that before, you can get it after. It's genetics. I have two kids and have BARELY done ab work in over a year. So imagine if I actually did anything. (This pic below is the one I was talking about but couldn't get to work from my phone - after 2 kids with work but still not a lot of focus on abs - leaner than I am now.) I know it sucks for the people that really have to work at it - but those of you that have amazing legs and buns without doing anything can bite me :)

    Ok minus that scenario! Or other complications. Just be careful when pregnant!

    Leo, you can probably do standing ab work.

    couldn't make the link work for you, but if you search it on youtube, you should get a few you can do even while you're healing.

    Thank goodness for beach vacations or I'd just lay on the couch all day eating bonbons!

    I'm bummed about the 80/20 thing. I basically work out just so I can eat and drink the good stuff.:cry:

    But two weeks before a trip I go heavy on Greek yogurt, walnuts, blueberries, and fish to try to slim down and add a little glow to my skin.

    Eh, I'm feeling better so gonna try 6 lb medicine ball tomorrow. And I do know some standing ab stuff, just had forgotten them until you said something - that's old school lol Haven't done any of those in probably 5 years. Laying down isn't a problem anymore, though. But, I usually use 14 lb medicine balls for twists and over head reaches, etc. Can't do that right now! And my fav that gets me rocked from ribs to hips is decline bench hip lifts - can't anchor to do that for a while either. But have to do something versus just letting it all go to pooch! lol So back to basics :)
