Losing weight getting in shape before TTR

    Have to include my before and after pics to stay motivated, which now is really not a problem. At 41, 210 pounds (now 175) I was still fit, able to hit 23 burbees in a minute; but put on weight over the holidays knowing I can take it off(its been seasonal thing, (birthday cakes in the summer, holiday eating...). But there was no pressure until we scheduled the trip, also I couldn't look like like that with my wife starting her 7030fitness.com business, lol. Without her, I couldn't do it, its not just the physical, but the mental, which is where she helped me first. (long discussions....lol) 6 weeks to go! One problem now is this; I cut out alcohol and last night I had one beer factored into my calories but felt like I was hit by a truck, even this morning. Not sure If I can go back to drinking, but will experiment with other options! :ernaehrung005::aktion047:

    We just got started back on GNC's Ripped vitapak program which works well for us and we also just got the T25 in that we'll be starting on monday.

    Yes! Educate yourself about what you put in your body. Processed foods are the worst. TRY to keep it natural. Less food more often. DO NOT skip breakfast. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise. Cardio and incorporate strength training. I used to consider myself a skinny fat guy. Skinny legs and arms but I had a gut. I am down 40lbs and 6 inches around my waist and I have toned up a little. By no means am I beefcake and I have lots of work to do. But I am pretty happy with my results so far.

    we were hoping to make it down this april but too much is going on this year so it looks like we won't make it down till 2015. but were keeping are fingers crossed.

    Ok, so as much of a gym "connoisseur" as I am (gym rat suggest that you just lurk around lol) and as many gym type butt exercises as I know and do, my friend lent me the Brazil Butt workout DVD set and holy crap!! I had a big difference in a week of just throwing it in a few times in rotation with the gym!! I didn't expect to see results so fast so I didn't even take before pictures and now I'm bummed (ha, sort of a pun). But that scrunch butt suite I got that I said I would very likely not be wearing it, looking like it may be making an appearance after all!

    I almost hate to admit that a video worked so well - of course, the instructor is actually very good and really seems to know his stuff - usually I'm rolling my eyes through workout videos and adjusting half to the stuff to make it safe and effective but this dude is on the money. I wish I was getting money for this endorsement!! I guess I have to settle for a nice butt! Sacrifices.

    Hmmmm...unlikely lol Though, my ridiculously expensive facial products I got suckered into at the mall 2 months ago (I NEVER fall for that crap but she targeted my under eye circles - my kryptonite!) actually made a big difference in my butt skin texture, too! lol It's AMAZING the crap I'm doing to get ready for this trip!
