Hello All Hope you all good well Ok, well I decide to start this thread since I want to lose 43 pounds, in 37 weeks . my initial weight was 199, i'm at 193.8 yesterday. So 193.8-150=43.8 pounds. My week target is to loose 1.18 lbs EACH WEEK. If I don't make it, then I will remove like something I like for the next week. LLike Television, computer, facebook, or whatever what. or force me to do something I don't like .. =) Each day... Like walking 5 km .. etc. I need MOTIVATION and your encouragement.. I know it's pretty hard. If some people want to join, even if isn't the same target as me you're welcome. Exercising together help me to lose my first 6 pounds.. But I need more than that.. and yould be nice if other folks can join me ! .. My weight in will be Monday morning, before eat or drink anything ! So for This week, i'm 193.8, for next Monday my target is 192.62.. Let's start ! :lotsofmichaelfs: We will all have a great looking for Crazy April addict

i think that is a reasonable goal. even if you stall a litlle, the closer to the goal mark you get, it would still be a great feat!!! go for it!!
Good luck to you, I'm sure you'll make you're goal if you stick to it. Eight years ago I was just over 200 lbs. I joined weight watchers and lost 60 lbs in a year. It's a great program. After the death of my mom, my weight crept up 30 lbs. I went on the diet "Ideal Protein" which helped me lose that 30 lbs quickly. I've managed to maintain my weight just over a year now and I'm loving it. My Doc says I'm healthier today than I was 10 years ago. My advice to you is to find an eating diet plan and stick to it. Walk everyday for an hour at a good pace to get your heart rate up. Tell everyone you're dieting and ask for their support. You go girl..... I hope to return to TTR in April '14. If we're there at the same time, we shall toast to being loosers.....or weight. Cheers
You could soooooooo do this. You have a way more realistic goal than most people would normally give themselves. Not sure how much experience you have with nutrition and exercise, but the best thing you could do is pace yourself. Leave yourself room for improvement. Don't go all out right from the get go or you will have no room for change once your weekly results slow down. If you consistently see yourself losing more than 3 pounds the first few weeks I would start eating more food. Seeing the weight go down is great but having it be the right weight (fat loss, not muscle) is key. Also, I always take a few measurements when I'm losing some fat. waist, legs, arms, chest, abdomen. Your measurements are a much better indicator than your weight. The scale can be very deceiving sometimes. Congrats on the commitment, have fun with it.
Good luck jess about 10 years I go I was 210 lb I lost 80lb in just over a year exercise and watching what I eat so u could so do this am right be hind u. I've put some weight back on now trying to lose as much as I can in 7 weeks for Temptation .maintaing the weight is the hardiest I've been up and down over the years . I now weigh 159lb as of last wed getting weighed again tonight I've joined weight watchers
Thank you everyone Yesterday I was tired as hell.. Don't know why, but I get up my ass and went to play at wii sport. 30 minutes.. I know it's not enough but at least is better than anything. For maintain my weight.. I don't have any problem with that.. I was always between 197-199, depend on day. Sometime I saw 201 but full of water So now .. Long day at work but I'll try to leave early and go doing my exercise :aktion069:
