Rudy it pretty much all comes down to price, especially in todays economy. Most if not all buyers will surely ask to see other units for sale in building, and most likely at Portofino and BVG inasmuch as they are right next door. I would call some of those agents listed above and have a conversation with them and see how much they know about your building, past sales and prices etc
Another important item/issue to keep in mind when contemplating the purchase of an apartment/condo is how much the monthly maintenance fees will run...
Searching on Google for a sharp Cancun Real Estate agent will not find what you want. And this is an old post anyway since March so I think this has been put to rest already.
