Hi, we're going end of november on the Grand side. We've been to Cancun a few times already, first time at Grand Miches. We have a few simple questions : - What's the rate for a bali bed ? - Did you guys asked for room upgrade at arrival ? - Do you think going on a referal worth loosing half a day for the presentation ? - Any shaded area on the beach ? (cabanas, palapas...) Thanks
Never heard of a Bali bed… everything is all inclusive so no up charge for beach beds or anything like that. asked and paid for an upgrade at arrival 1/2 day for presentation is extreme. 90-120 min if you’re actually interested. 60 min if you don’t mind being a little aggressive to get them to stop. no shaded area on the beach next to ocean. There are some chairs under palm trees between the ocean and the resort.
