Try Qualitas on Labna. My car insurance is with the company, although I bought it online. I am happy with them and just renewed for my third year of coverage and I had a total loss during Wilma. They had an English speaking salesman in the office. If possible you may want to stop in as nearly everyone speaks only Spanish. If you are at Sam's Club, head toward Plaza Las Americas on Labna, which is the street to the left of Sam's if you are facing their building. Qualitas is on the left about 2/3 of the way to VIPS. You will have to pass it and then come back at it. They are on the ground floor of a two story building and there is a restaurant to the right of their building. Hope this helps.
Skip Qualitas. Though a good company for car insurance, they no longer cover any homes in Cancun due to losses during Wilma. I had a great difficulty collecting my insurance from them for losses during Wilma due to problems with the agent (created by the agent). I eventually resolved the problem but had to deal with the president of the company in Mexico City to get a resolution. If however someone knows another insurance company, do post it here for the rest of us.
