Song while at TTR over Halloween

Anybody know the song and who sings it I heard while at TTR end of October beginning of November. I just remeber the first night after an exhausting day of traveling and drinking waking up and I thought our next door neighbors were having sex and kept repeating the same phrase over and over it the same pitch. Come to find out as my vacation went on it wasn't my neighbors it is a song!! Can anyone help??
