Laura loves it and it has worked for her. Give it a try. From what she says it is a very healthy approach to losing weight.
well i haven't brought myself to jump on the scales yet but i did notice today that my shorts weren't as thight I've been hitting the gym about 3-4 days a week for a good 1/2hr workout. It isn't much, but it seems to be working. I've also been snacking on more fruits instead of the bad stuff so that helps.
Congrats!!! Don't worry about the scale...the best measure should be how your clothes are fitting. Not a number on a scale.

During any free time I have if it doesn't involve the boat, boat dock or an air mattress I am not doing it. That's where the diet came from. I have been doing weight watchers through work for the past 8 weeks and I am going to try and incorporate more of these foods into my points. I have lost approx. 21 pounds so far. YEA!!!!!!! I think it is mostly from my chest because my bras are getting way to big!!!! I wish it was coming from other places as rapidly instead. Did I read some where back that you had done "Curves" before? If so did you like it? BTW I read on another post somewhere I believe it was "Life in Cancun" where someone by the name of Gene was very rude to you. I'm sorry someone was so very hateful to you. I don't know the circumstance behind that but you are such a sweet, nice and kind person that I know there was no call in that.
I am doing Curves and love it, Hazel. I've lost several inches and about 10 pounds or so and really credit Curves with a lot of that. Thanks for your nice comments. I know that we all can't be liked by everyone but I do wish he had kept his comments private and not posted them for all to see. Good for you on the WW...that's a job well done. Not sure if you like soup or not but I saw at the grocery store today that Progress now makes a Light Soup with only 60 calories per serving and 0 WW ponts. They were sampling it so I tried it. Very good!!!
