The Pic that is up now is of my daughter and her friend. My daughter is on the right (black hair). That is what they did on their last day of school.

I am no where in that pic.

    AW thank you!
She is my baby. She is in NYC for her end of the year school trip.
I sure never got to do anything like that when I was a kid.

I am on my way to work and I even packed my lunch!!! My problem is, pushy co-workers that always try to DRAG me to the new Mexican Cantina!!!!
I will be strong and eat my salad.

You can still eat right AND go to that Mexican cantina.

Gte the fajitas without the rice, beans and all that other stuff. Just get the meat and veggies and eat it without the tortillas.

It's not the same as eating a salad but it's a smart way to enjoy those fajitas.

Or get a fajitas salad but ask for it to be served in a regular bowl and not hte tradtional fried tortilla bowl.

Awww...thanks guys. :D That is so nice. Well considering I don't ever stop with Mya it all (60lbs) of it came off pretty easy. Plus I do a lot of work outside. Believe it or not I am in control of all of our flowers, grass, etc. I am pretty anal about my yard work and that is how I get all my exercise along with Mya.

You guys are doing great and I am sure you look wonderful!

I did mexican today for lunch..chicken fajitas but without the beans, rice and other good stuff on the side.

Just the meat and no tortillas so I think I did okay..plus no chips either.

I found this recipe on a website and thought it looked yummy.

I'm going to give it a try since I already have a package of Pocket Pitas.

    Beef Taco Pockets

    Ingredients

½ pound very lean ground beef
1 zucchini, shredded and squeezed to drain
    ½ cup salsa
    1 t cumin
    1 tomato, seeded and chopped
    ½ cup shredded lettuce
    1 T onion, diced
    ¼ cup light sour cream
½ cup reduced fat shredded cheese

    Preparation

In a nonstick skillet over medium high heat, cook beef until brown and crumbly. Drain.

Add zucchini to pan and cook one minute.

    Add salsa and cumin.

    Cook until reduced.

    Spread sour cream inside pitas.

    Spoon in beef mixture.

Top with tomato, lettuce, onions, and cheese

Note: All nutritional information for this recipe does NOT include the Pita Pocket since the quantity consumed varies by recipe and meal plan. A standard 6" pita pocket has approximately 80-90 calories each. Please refer to the food label on the pita packaging to get an accurate count. If you follow the Pocket Diet Meal Plan, you do not have to keep track of your calories as long as you stay within the plan's recommendations.

    Servings: 4-6

I'm certainly no expert (not even close  ) in the area of weight loss, exercise or toning up but I have found that (for me) the best way to tone up is to do circuit training. I do Curves and it's working for me.

As for the food to be eating, well, my guess would be that you need to eat a balanced healthy diet that is low in fat with plenty of protein.

    But that's just a guess.

I know several of the Breakers seem to know a lot about this subject. Why don't youi post the question in it's own thread over there? I'm sure they'll share with you what their thoughts are on the subject.
