I do like them, Terri. I've had them for about 2 years but only really got into them about the time I started doing Curves. My friend Laura has been doing them for about 2 years now and has lost about 40 pounds. Obviously she watches what she eats but she credits Walk Away the Pounds with a huge part of her weight loss success. I have the 1, 2, and 3 mile versions. The 2 miles take about 28 minutes to do and that's the one I like best. They come with elastic bands to enhance the workout so you're getting a full aerobic exercise as you're doing a whole lot more than walking. In my opinion they are well worth it.
Nice. I'll look into them. I've seen them before, but I was not sure of how good they were. Now that I have real live people who have tried them, I will give it a try. Thanks Karan!!!
Terri, I have duplicate cd's of the 1 and 2 miles walks. PM me your address and I'll send them to you. No reason for you to spend the $$ when they're just sitting here.
Great!! And for those of you who don't know what we're talking about, check this out: http://www.lesliesansonevideos.com/
Well, I have not reached my goal and my trip is six days a way. I want to drop 5 lbs before I leave. Only because I know that my 10-15 is completely out of reach. I have done really good the past few days. I figure that if I starve myself from now until then, I might be able to do it. What do you think? EB
I think starving yourself is the last thing you should do. Your metabolism will slow down due to lack of calories and you won't see much of weight loss. Try drinking lots of water and eating friuts that conatin a lot of what...like watermelon....along with very sensible meals. Use a salad plate for your dinner plate to prevent over eating.
ok mom. LOL That is what she told me. Actually I have been doing really good. I just wish that I would have been doing this well all along. Yesterday I had a grilled chicken salad with lots of sliced apples and grapes in it. Lo cal dressing too. So I am eating better.
