Cancun is my best motivation bar none!!! I know you can do it, Terri.... Ever think of joining some place like Curves? I absolutely HATE exercise but joined Curves in Jan and absolutely love it. I go at least 3 times a week and I know it has helped me lose the weight I have lost. The other women there re so friendly it makes going there fun!! I'm only paying $28 a month and to me it's worth much more than that.
I have an elliptical and various other weights at home. I have all I need here. Going elsewhere to excercise would not work for me I work late most nights. I need to wire my jaw shut for anything but vegetables and fruits Love you for your support though....I have thought of Curves
Okay...I did okay today. A grilled chicken wrap with lite ranch dressing at Sonic for lunch. Dinner is a roast turkey salad with jalapenos, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, carrots, banana peppers, chick peas, yellow and red peppers, and, of course, letuce. South Beach diet ranch dressing on top. Snack will most likely e celery and salsa.
I am so on track!!! One day at a time - Today has been good. My daughter just got a job at THE DAMN DAIRY QUEEN and she gets a 40% discount on everything!!!!!! :shock: I am telling you, that child is going to test my will in every way possible before she is an adult!!!!!! I wanted one of those new waffle bowl sundaes and my excuse for not getting it was the price!!! Almost $4.00. Well at 40% off, what is my excuse now???? That girl keeps my life a struggle, god love her!
basically, if i'm too late to reply this.. but anyway, if you have a 10 portion meal, try to eat 7 portion of it. dont starve urself or being picky on what you eat.. we need food anyway, so it's really okay to eat. as long as, if you usually have a vanilla ice cream 2 scoops, try to in take 1 scoop, it defintely works. and if eat 4 pieces of fried chicken wings, cut down to 2 pieces, you are still fulfill your crave and you are not hungry at all. dont skip meal, eat 5 times a day, but less portion. exercise everyday. when you choose to do exercise, dont do the same stuff everyday.. your body is very smart when it used to it, you really cannot lose that much weight because it knows what you going to do. for example, you do all cardio for 3 weeks, the next 3 weeks try to take some classes, then the next 3 weeks try to use the weights.
You're too sweet....but I still know I need to lose about 5 pounds more or so. I did okay in Cancun....lots of salad and seafood and not too many carbs. I even managed to lose a few pounds while I was there......
