Had a McD's "asian salad" for lunch. Opted for crispy chicken over grilled as I was already a bad boy for having only coffee for breakfast (sweetner not sugar).

I like the asian salad...but I always have grilled chicken.

Not really for the health/calories thing. I just love grilled chicken.

I think it's about time for me to start cooking my turkey burger with lemon pepper asparagus.

Well I've had good day food wise, wholemeal toast for breakfast, soup for lunch, and Irish Stew for dinner coupled with an 1hrs workout in the gym after work this evening

I cook it many ways, Tonya.

One of my favorites is to spray a bit of olive oil on it and then sprinkle it with lemon pepper. Bake it at 425 degrees until it reaches the tendernesss you like.

Sometimes I grill it with a bit of grill seasonings.

Mmm, asparagus. I never used to like it but it's lush.

For me dinner last night I had: grilled white fish, new potatoes, peas & sweetcorn, mmm.

Not sure what I'll have tonight, I'm wavering on making a sweet chilli pasta, some rice n veg or a jacket potato with salad. Endless possibilities!

Grilled white fish...that sounds so good, Jen.

I might just have to so that tomorrow night.

Do Karan, it was so nice. I'm going to have to get some more in and maybe a salmon steak too. Also now fancy asparagus!

    I love salmon..just love it!!!!

Fish is a good choice for dieting. Even salmon which may have more fat than other fish is still agood choice because of all the good nutrients it contains.

I plan on eating fish several times a week.

Mmm, I might do salmon with pots and green beans.

I'm gonna get a load of fish in too Karan, and some peel-it-yourself prawns, yum.
